I started my business while still in high school many...many years ago. Me and this shop have gone through so many hurtles and changes. Branding creations, collaborations with fellow creators, hitting pause on the entire thing and making it through countless life challenges! I am still pushin'. I take so much pride in my art and the love y'all send my way is endlessly appreciated! This girl has come a long way from stringing beads on the floor of her childhood bedroom then hustlin them out to every local boutique in that small town! Are your earrings allergy-free?

-Yes! We do our best to make products allergy-free while also providing affordability. All of our products are nickel free and hypoallergenic. The metals we use on our pieces are stated in each individual listing, ranging from 18K gold filled, stainless steel. We also offer the option for plastic ost in lace of the metals. To know exactly what metal is used on each style, please go directly to that listing, and read the description. 

Are the earrings heavy?

-Because our earrings are made from polymer clay, they are actually surprisingly light-weight! A pair of our biggest earrings only weigh a bit more than a quarter. Many of our customers often say that when they wear their earrings, even a large pair, they often forget they're wearing them because they're so light.

How do I properly care for my earrings?

Our earrings are extremely durable and flexible, but please do not bend or pull them to prevent damage. Do not wear them while sleeping, swimming, or showering. Do not place anything heavy on top of them. Do not leave them in the excessive heat or sun. Clean posts as you would with any other earrings. Clean clay with a baby wipe/wet wipe/wash cloth. Use soap if necessary.

How can I place a custom earring order?

To make custom order reach out through email terracotta.sky2024@gmail.com OR message us on our social media (FB IG and TT) and we will be in touch on creating your perfect pair of earrings! I've created custom sets for weddings, themes, and even special gifts. 

When will I receive my order?

-Our current processing time is 5-8 business days. During that processing time, you should receive a tracking number and shipping information on your order.

-Once I drop your order off at the post office, it is out of my hands. I cannot control how quickly it gets to you. If your order takes an excessive amount of time to get to you, please reach out to your local USPS before reaching out to us. 

-This business is a one-women show, so I do ask for some grace with getting orders out. We try to get them out as soon as possible, but are not always able to do so.
